Which Kettlebells Should I Start With?
Women who don't currently do weight training are best served with 8, 12 and 16kg kettlebells. This gives a good variety to allow progression as well as different types of exercises. If you currently weight train start with a 12, 16 and 20Kg. If you prefer to start with a single kettlebell choose the middle weight of the weights suggested above.
Men who don't currently do weight training should start with 12, 16 and 20Kg bells. If you currently weight train start with 16, 20 and 24kg bells. This offers a good variety for progression and accommodates different types of exercises. If you have to choose one bell choose the middle weight of the suggested range.
